I am a passionate mental health professional dedicated to supporting individuals across the lifespan in their journey toward well-being. I hold a B.Sc. in Psychology and an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology, and I am currently pursuing an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology.

 

My clinical experience spans over 2.5 years, working under supervision with children, adults, and geriatric populations. I have worked with individuals presenting a wide range of concerns, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), depression, anxiety, dissociative disorders, somatoform disorders, health anxiety (hypochondriasis), traumatic brain injury (TBI), and epilepsy.

 

I have also worked closely with patients and caregivers affected by dementia and schizophrenia, including experience through internships with NGOs and hospital-based settings.

 

My therapeutic approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Behaviour Therapy (BT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal and Social Rhythm Therapy (IPSRT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), play therapy, and cognitive retraining.
