We are seeking experienced and licensed I-O Psychologists based in the UAE to provide high-value, remote coaching services to a discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Executive and Leadership Coaching: Conduct one-on-one online coaching to managers, executives, and high-potential employees to develop their leadership competencies, strategic thinking, and team management skills.
Deliver Career Strategy and Development Coaching: Work with professionals on career pathing, preparing for promotion, navigating organizational change, and building a long-term career strategy.
Offer Job Search and Interview Preparation: Utilize your expert knowledge of corporate hiring practices to provide clients with an "insider's edge" in CV development, interview performance, and salary negotiation.
Coach on Workplace Performance and Well-being: Help clients improve their productivity, manage work-related stress, prevent burnout, and effectively handle complex interpersonal dynamics in the workplace.

Essential Requirements:

UAE Professional License: Must hold a current, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Psychologist or Counselor from a recognized UAE authority (e.g., CDA, DHA, DOH, or MOHAP).
Education: A Master's Degree or Doctorate (PhD) in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Occupational Psychology, Business Psychology, or a closely related field.
Experience: Demonstrable professional experience in the field of I-O psychology, for instance, in corporate human resources, talent management, leadership development, or organizational consulting.
Residency: Must be a current resident of the United Arab Emirates.
Coaching Acumen: A strong ability to translate complex organizational psychology principles into practical, actionable advice for individual clients.
Setup: Access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a private, professional space suitable for conducting confidential coaching sessions.

Desirable Requirements:

A recognized professional coaching certification (e.g., from the ICF, EMCC).
Experience working in a senior HR or leadership role within a multinational corporation in the UAE.
Expertise in using psychometric assessment tools for leadership and career development.
Fluency in Arabic in addition to English.

Status: Independent Contractor. You are responsible for your own visa, work permits, and full compliance with all UAE laws for independent practitioners.
